Äänekosken Energia provides energy management services for Äänekoski and the surrounding areas. We also offer clean and affordable energy contracts to customers all over Finland.
Äänekosken Energia’s own energy production consists mainly of zero-emission bio energy and hydroelectric power. Two thirds of all electricity we sell is produced by Äänekosken Energia and our associated companies.
Electricity Transmission
Äänekosken Energia transmits electricity from the base grid to customers in the company’s distribution area. We are responsible for the local electricity network planning, construction, maintenance and operation.
